Ms. Pratima

Compassionate and reflective Psychologist with more than a year of experience in counselling and  psychosocial support, with experience in emotional distress, trauma, relationship and family concerns, domestic violence, and substance-use related concerns. I believe in creating a warm, safe and non-judgmental space where individuals feel heard, understood and accepted. My approach is person-centred and grounded in empathy, authenticity and respect for each individual’s unique experiences. I believe meaningful change begins when people feel safe enough to understand themselves, express what they feel, and move towards growth at their own pace.
