At Veda rehab and wellness, we adopt a holistic perspective wherein client care and treatment come from a plan that not only includes psychotherapy but also other areas of wellness depending on our client’s interests and the best options for them to learn from.

For clients, the primary focus of psychotherapy will hence be from a combined Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) plus Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) perspective.

CBT helps people become aware of inaccurate or negative thinking so they can view challenging situations more clearly and respond to them more effectively. Wherein CBT treatment will include learning about your mental health condition and practicing techniques such as relaxation, coping, resilience, stress management and assertiveness with your daily consequences.

Online Therapy

DBT includes four behavioral skill modules, with two acceptance-oriented skills (mindfulness and distress tolerance) and two change-oriented skills (emotion regulation and interpersonal effectiveness).

Online Therapy

Therapy sessions will be for one hour twice a week in English, Gujrati, Marathi, Hindi and Kannada. This can vary according to individual needs and availability. The plan for 2 months and 3 months will be based on this structure and can be elaborated by the therapist as per client requirements.
