Payment Terms & Client Financial Responsibility Agreement This document confirms the financial terms and payment obligations of the undersigned client or their authorized representative (“Client”) with respect to admission at Veda Rehabilitation and Wellness Private Limited (“Veda”).

1. Admission Charges

The Client acknowledges that 100% of the admission fee is payable either in advance or at the time of admission.

Failure to pay the full admission fee by the time of admission shall entitle Veda to refuse or terminate admission without any further obligation.

Any advance amount paid shall stand forfeited and will not be refunded under any circumstances.

2. Incidental Charges During Stay

Veda shall raise a weekly statement for incidental chargesincurred on behalf of the Client,

which may include, but are not limited to:

Medical & Wellness-Related:

  • Laboratory tests (bloodwork, diagnostics)
  • Specialist doctor consultations (e.g., endocrinologist, neurologist etc.)
  • Emergency medical treatment or hospitalization
  • Vaccinations or injections (e.g., Vitamin B12 shots, flu shots)
  • Physiotherapy or occupational therapy sessions
  • Nutritional supplements and vitamins
  • Prescription refills

Lifestyle & Personal Care:

  • Salon/grooming services (e.g., haircuts, shaving, waxing)
  • Laundry and dry-cleaning services
  • Personal hygiene products (beyond standard toiletries)
  • Personal grooming items (razors, trimmers, cosmetics)
  • Special dietary or culinary items requested
  • Food and Beverages ordered from third parties / delivery apps.

Transport & Logistics:

  • Airport/station pickup and drop
  • Intercity or long-distance transport
  • Daily commute for external consultations or legal matters
  • Courier or parcel handling for personal items

Technology & Communication:

  • Mobile SIM card or data packs
  • Internet dongle or personal Wi-Fi devices
  • Device rentals (e.g., phone, tablet, headphones)
  • Printing, photocopying, or documentation services

External Services or Requests:

  • Private sessions (e.g., yoga, meditation, massage, acupuncture)
  • Spiritual counseling or religious services
  • Personal shopping services
  • Legal or notary assistance

Security & Caretaking:

  • Personal attendants or private caregivers (if requested)
  • Night nurses or emergency caregivers
  • Damage or loss of Veda property by the client

These charges shall be payable immediately upon presentation. If not cleared within three (3) calendar days, Veda reserves the right to terminate admission without further notice, and no refund shall be applicable.

3. Refund & Reimbursement Policy

The Client understands and agrees that no refunds or reimbursements shall be made under the following circumstances:

  • If the Client discontinues the program voluntarily or involuntarily, regardless of the duration of stay.
  • For any amounts paid by Veda on behalf of the Client, even if such services were not fully utilized by the Client.
4. Outstanding Dues and Legal Recovery

In the event of any unpaid dues (including incidental or admission fees), Veda retains the absolute right to initiate legal proceedings for recovery.

All recovery-related costs, including legal fees, interest, and out-of-pocket expenses shall be borne solely by the Client or the undersigned.
